I accept Paypal for payment. I would appreciate prompt payment as unfortunately I cannot dispatch the items until the payment has been received. Purchase will be canceled if no payment is received within 3 days of order.

Purchases can be canceled up to the point of dispatch, I will update the transaction to show when the item has been dispatched.

Within the UK I will ship using the first class royal mail service, this has a delivery aim of next working day.

Within Europe I will use the Royal Mail Airmail service, the published Royal Mail delivery estimates are:
Usually within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe following the day of posting.

For the rest of the world I will be using the Royal Mail Airmail services. The published delivery estimate is
Usually within five working days for the rest of the world, following the day of posting.

All items are sent Royal Mail first class or Royal Mail Airmail. This is a non tracked service, if tracked postal service is required please contact me for a quote as this will cost more.

I am happy to use courier services if quicker delivery is required, please let me know if you require this service. Unfortunately couriers are significantly more expensive than Royal mail so I will need to charge the extra for this.

Please be aware that any customs or duty charges that are applicable in your country for imported goods are the purchasers responsibility. Please investigate your counties policies prior to purchase.

Please remember that the delivery estimates are estimates, if your package is delayed please contact your local postal service in case they have your item. Also be aware that on international orders customs delays can occur.

On UK deliveriess an order is considered lost 15 working days after the estimated delivery date. On international orders I will consider an item lost 30 days after estimated delivery. Since many many items are OOAK I cannot guarantee that another item will be availble to replace a lost item.

I do take commissions & will estimate creation and delivery times.

I also commit to keep you updated on progress of your item including photographs.

Commissions will require a full payment prior to commencement, alterations to the agreed commission may require an additional payment which will be discussed prior to additional work commencing.
